Job Summary

We have a few clean up projects and need help with the following:

  • Perform accounting/record keeping and ensure accuracy of company financial records
  • Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage weekly accounts payable
  • Prepare and review Profit and Loss Statements both for the company and each specific property monthly and as requested and perform necessary journal entries
  • Review Balance Sheet on a weekly basis and perform necessary journal entries
  • Record and track investor funds and provide a monthly Investor Funds Report
  • Update Cash Flow Schedule weekly
  • Administrative Tasks as they relate to the Accountant position

Job Type: Part-time, Full-Time, Temporary

Required experience:

  • Quick books: Must know inside and out
