- Previous office experience required (minimum 2 years), including verifiable references
- Strong communication skills – verbal & written – along with a friendly, positive approach
- Strong MS Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel), type minimum 40wpm
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Professional image & demeanor for both internal & external client contact
- Ability to successfully pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
- Must possess High School Diploma (or equivalency). Some positions require Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Spanish-bilingual fluency a plus!
- Some positions require previous Insurance experience (and/or license) in auto, home, commercial or worker’s comp.

We offer both Temp-to-Hire and Temporary positions, with current pay rates up to $19 per hour. Many of our clients offer generous benefits upon hire (typical FT hire eligibility is after 3 month temporary/probationary period).
