First Class Signing Service is looking to add a new employee to our staff. First Class Signing is a Nationwide Loan Signing company and has provided Loan Signing Notaries to our demanding clients since 2009. We need a new qualified assistant to help us continue to grow.

Daily Duties:
• Various administrative tasks including, faxing, filing, data entry, and sending emails.
• In charge of billing, accounts receivable and payable.
• Other miscellaneous task to assist the owner of the company.
• Work well with other team members.

Skills Needed:
• Self-Motivated
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to ever changing situations and roles.
• Experienced with Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer knowledge. Quickbooks is a plus.
• Accurate data entry, note taking, and thorough follow through skills are a must.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Team player and extremely reliable.
