Administrative Assistant
(Local candidates only please)

Position Overview:
Are you great with customers, computers, and detail oriented? Can you deliver results when it comes to handling phones, resolving client issues, and following through on tasks and assignments? Can you flourish in a fast-paced environment where you wear multiple hats, are under pressure to rapidly learn new technology products and can always deliver on deadline?

• Provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing our company travel and monthly events
• You will also directly support the Sales Department by reviewing pricing, creating contracts, and entering orders into a centralized system T
• The ideal individual will also be comfortable working with vendors, partners, & customers as well as have basic accounting skills.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Experience working as a sales administrator, or within a sales department
• Proficiency in quoting solutions & CRMs (i.e. QuoteWerks & Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of networking and cyber security industry
