ASPM-San Diego is a full-service Property Management Company providing 24/7 customer support, expert management, financial, IT, maintenance, janitorial, administrative construction management oversight, as well as real estate sales and rental management services.

ASPM-San Diego is looking to expand our team and hire an Assistant Property Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with dynamic professionals that have earned the highest ratings of any San Diego Homeowner Association Management Company on Social Media.


The Assistant Property Manager must be attentive to detail, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be familiar with Word and Excel, Jenark, type 40 words per minute minimum and thrive as a member of a fast paced, team work environment.

Min Education: 2 Year College Degree

Min Experience: 2 Years
Required Travel: 5-10%
Assist the Portfolio Property Manager with various tasks as needed, answering and returning calls, emails, assisting homeowners, preparing correspondence, reports and other general office duties.

Serve as the primary contact for residents.
Create punch lists from property walk-through inspection notes; creating maintenance work orders and/or arrange for immediate repairs as needed.
Schedule repair work and notify all residents as needed.
Write all violation letters notating violation details (unit # and description of violation) requesting compliance with the HOA Rules and Regulations.
Write general correspondence including newsletters, notices, and homeowner requests.
Maintain HOA websites to ensure they are updated with current, approved information.

Maintain electronic filing system.
Assist the Portfolio Property Manager in preparing annual disclosures and completion of annual procedures; Year End Packages.
On occasion, substitute for property inspections, board meetings and participate in Emergency after hours on-call program.

Compensation: DOE
