- We are looking for a reliable office assistant. The task of the office assistant will include aiding for all office administrators with a variety of office tasks as needed.

- Manage phone calls and correspondence. (e-mail, letter, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Greeting visitors and directing visitors to the appropriate party.
- Operating a wide-range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, fax machines, and printers.

- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using computers and software, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma; Credentials in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- A pleasant telephone manner
