Immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join a growing company in the El Cajon area. This is a permanent opportunity offering long term growth.As the Sales Admin you will be responsible for managing the order process from the time it is placed by a client through production, shipment and customer satisfaction follow up. Duties include: generating quotes, creating sales orders, getting shipment quotes, working with production manager to ensure accurate timelines, following up with clients for invoicing and quality. To be successful in this position you must have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, able to manage multiple orders and strong technical skills.This is a small office environment, the Sales Admin is the primary point of contact for all customers and reports directly to the CEO.
