My educational background includes: BA Biology, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Arts in Marriage Family Therapy, Currently pursuing my PhD in Somatic Psychology. I have certificates in: EFT-1, EFT-2, bilateral balancing, cognitive behavioral hypnosis, energy psychology and somatic bodywork. These sessions are not psychotherapy. They are educational and instructional sessions.
