Wyndham Vacation Ownership currently seeks a Wyntern for our Resort Operations Team\\. This internship will focus on the Rooms Division departments of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance\\. Experience will include, Front Desk Guest Services Representative, Operator, Room Attendant \\(Cleaning rooms and public areas\\), Housekeeping Inspector, Maintenance Tech, Grounds Tech, Inventory control\\. May also include Activities Associate\\.
**Key Responsibilities will include:**
+ Check guests in and out of resort, answer phone calls and handle guest issues
+ Clean, inspect and prepare guest units for occupancy
+ Work and gain understanding of ordering as well as inventory control to include Internal Audit and Quality Assurance Audit procedures\\.
**Other Projects Include:**
+ Operational business project
+ Lunch & Learns, Q & A sessions and roundtable meetings with Senior Leadership
+ Mentorship
Along the way, you will have an opportunity to contribute to improving the world around us through our volunteer efforts and global sustainability program, Wyndham Green\\.
**Education** **:**
+ Minimum of two \\(2\\) years college study in a Hospitality program
**Skills** **:**
+ Great people and guest service skills
+ Outgoing, confident & happy demeanor
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills including Visio
+ Some level of proven guest service experience
