Given the overwhelming hearsay, misformation and disinformation available surrounding nutrition and wellness, we would like to offer the opportunity to hear fact based knowledge to not only improve health and wellness personally, but of those in your life, and do so in an environmentally conscious and ethical way.

We currently partner with a doctors office and 100-year-old wellness company, and would simply like to provide you education and answer all your questions about how to improve your health, and to those already in the health industry--how, with just a couple hours a week, you can add considerably more value to services you are already providing!

We are hosting weekly meetings Friday from 5-7pm and Sunday 4-6pm, so if you'd like to hear more or have specific questions please join us for a couple hours! We are a group of fun fitness professionals who love educating, building new friendships and personal wealth with other like minded people!

DBSA, a national support alliance, is now holding free weekly support groups in El Cajon. Only first names are used and there is no signup sheet; no abusive comments or behavior is allowed. Our purpose is to ground ourselves, to share our feelings. Even if we choose not to speak, we learn that there is hope because others like us are living satisfying and meaningful lives. If we do want to share, we can get feedback about our thoughts, others' insights about their similar experiences, and gentle suggestions that may help us find a solution to some of the problems we face. Our meetings are meant to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere. We meet on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in El Cajon. For more info call Kel at 619-828-0083. DBSA Paradise East

You’ll meet our coaches and alumni who have crossed the finish line with us at the TriRock San Diego triathlon!

How does Team Challenge Triathlon work?
We help you get ready for race day by providing training by professional coaches over 16 weeks at venues near you. You will be coached to perform at your best for all sections of the event, including open water swim coaching.
A series of clinics on nutrition, hydration, bike safety, transitions, open water swimming, and injury prevention will prepare participants of all athletic backgrounds for every part of this event.
While training, you'll also be raising funds to support research, education, and support programs for the 1.4 million Americans with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis - two painful, life-altering digestive diseases. You'll receive all the tools and help you need – you’ll even get your own personal fundraising web page to help reach your goals!
You'll make new friends and great memories as you train and race with your team. Not only will you test your limits, but you'll also give countless patients hope for a life without Crohn's or colitis.

We have a 100% race day success rate! A triathlon consists of swimming, biking, and running, consecutively, in that order. For first-timers, sprints are very doable and for experienced athletes, it's a chance to challenge yourself with the intermediate distance!

What are the distances involved?
Sprint Triathlon consists of a 500-meter swim, 11-mile bike ride and a 3-mile run. For experienced triathletes, Team Challenge Tri offers the chance to participate in the Intermediate distance event! The intermediate distance consists of a 1500-meter swim, 21-mile bike ride and a 6-mile run.

You can RSVP here

  • Get quality advice from dating group
Greetings folks, this is an online community with the center being a dating blog. Our focus is to offer people advice in dating, because we have a firm believe that EVERYTHING starts with relationships and communication. There are a lot of men and women out there who deserve to be with their ideal mate, but they need a little help in accomplishing that. Maybe they're a little socially awkward, lack confidence , can't understand how they keep attracting the same type of guys/women, or just down right clueless. That's where we come in, because our blog is based off of two concepts: Dating and self improvement, you will read up on topics that you can apply to your life. All our posts are written by top dating enthusiast, and evolutionary biologist.

One popular post that a lot of our group readers said added value to their life was on "not compromising in your life" and giving up your lack, or limiting beliefs on what you can achieve.

You can view that post here:

Get involved by subscribing to our newsletter / joining our group / following us on networks, we encourage group discussion!

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

This is an announcement that the Order of the Spiral Serpent is now open to initiation of new members into the Order.

We are an occult magickal Order of Thelemic magicians, in a system of practice and a series of initiation towards an understanding of True Will and accomplishment of The Great Work. We focus on Western ceremonial magick and the study of occult/metaphysical/philosophical writings (particularly Crowley and others related to Thelema), with an equal emphasis on Eastern mysticism, such as meditation, pranayama, and yoga. Additionally, we study and implement other techniques that lead towards a fuller understanding and mastery of the self.

Anyone interested in initiation, and/or for more information, please contact us at

California Reports: CODEPENDENCY TREATMENT COVERING all of California, Los Angeles & San Diego

IN California Alanon and California Codependency Anonymous... CODA DOESN'T REALLY change your Core CODEPENDENCY issues…

Click the link below to learn why…

Bottom-line info for Treating your Mental Health with Counseling for “Codependent Relationships”.

#1-Psychotherapy in California that is a true Treatment/Therapy for Codependency. (CODA), or other Twelve Step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are great for support…however the key to lasting change is in your Subconscious mind. Support groups create more codependency in the group.

California AND ALL OF Codependents have learned emotional tools of adaptive, habitual behaviors in order to cope and survive in their childhood family . . . perhaps shaped in conflict and terrifying family-shared hurt. Immense emotional suffering is because of a family member’s drug, alcoholism or other addictions, sexual, verbal abuse or other abuses . . . or a loved one’s persistent illness, or forces peripheral to the family, such as financial hardship. Psychotherapists maintain that codependent people are frequently driven by intense feelings of ‘shame and guilt’.

We also offer Phone and Online Codependency Counseling, Treament, Therapy, Recovery ...
