Don't struggle alone. I can help you make positive change in your life. It's hard to create real, lasting change on your own. As a therapist, I have knowledge, training and experience in helping people understand themselves better and create real and positive change in their life.

We will work together to figure out what is holding you back and how to get past it. First, I will help you reduce whatever current symptoms you have. Then we will work to discover what the underlying cause of the problem is, if anything, and resolve that so that it doesn't happen again.

I specialize in Self-worth, Depression, Anxiety (social, phobias, panic attacks, generalized, etc.) and Relationship Issues but have experience with a wide range of issues and concerns. I also provide support for women going through Miscarriage, Infertility, IVF and related issues.

I am warm, genuine, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I provide a safe environment and thoughtful feedback. If this interests you, please give me a call or send an email to schedule an appointment.
