**Job Summary**
Responsible for performing complex configurations within Black Knight Financial Services Empower (Loan Sphere) Loan Origination System using Setups. Performs analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and criteria specification for system to meet business requirements. Designs details of automatic systems. Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Take the lead to ensure design and integration of proposed solutions meet all business and regulatory requirements.
+ Leads requirement gathering sessions, design efforts and works with vendor, business unit and technology to ensure all requirements are satisfied. Accountable for user sign-off of changes.
+ Monitors implementation and user satisfaction.
+ Work with vendors, project team members and Business Technology to understand system functionality, dependencies and constraints to refine requirements, propose approaches\\solutions for delivery options and timelines.
+ Concisely translate and convey the functional\\configuration features or constraints into business impacts for varying levels stakeholders.
+ Responsible for implementing complex configurations using Black Knight Financial Services Empower (Loan Sphere) Setups.
+ Assist the implementation manager with the execution of new regulatory programs and strategic initiatives.
+ Bachelor s degree preferred.
+ Minimum 7 years direct work experience in residential mortgage lending industry, with emphasis in Loan Origination Systems (preferably BKFS -Black Knight Financial Services- Empower (Loan Sphere)), products and pricing, loan documents, Fair Lending, RESPA,TRID and reporting.
+ Hands on experience implementing complex configurations with Black Knight Financial Services Empower Setups required.
+ Strong presentation skills, process design and process improvement experience required.
+ Strong communication, especially comprehension, skills are necessary for this position, as it will interface with all levels of the business including Executive Management.
+ Critical thinking, problem solving and can-do attitude are key skills for this role.
+ Experience with large projects involving systems XML interfaces new product implementation and vendor management.
+ Project management in a Retail and Wholesale mortgage lending operation a plus.
+ Must demonstrate understanding of the technical designs as well as the specifications.
