Role (Overview Of The Position)

As a Team Administrator, you would help us achieve our objectives by providing administrative, technical, secretarial and clerical support to others in our Phone Team office to maintain an efficient and operational environment.

It is a must that you are comfortable working under pressure in a fast:paced environment. We are extremely passionate about our mission of helping women lose weight while loving themselves again and thus we always operate with a sense of urgency.

***This role requires you to be local to our San Diego office. If you do not live in San Diego, you MUST be willing to relocate.***

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role)
:
Load Five9 Contact lists each morning and troubleshoot if necessary
:
Manage and create user accounts for Five9
:
Contact Five9 Support when necessary to troubleshoot hardware
:
Communicate with CPO regarding Salesforce implementation
:
Coordinate daily call scenarios each morning and export from salesforce into dial software
:
Maintaining updating phone team directory
:
Updating and Inputting data into phone team (tab on HR sheet)
:
Charge card on file for Phone Team sales throughout the day and then update the phone team manually processed spreadsheet.
:
Log individualized Results Liaison order form closes and submit them into the phone team manually processed spreadsheet end of the day
:
Maintain and update team member schedules and report absences/tardiness to VP of Sales
:
Monitor Team time tracking software for accuracy
:
Maintain 1 on 1 Coaching session schedules for each Results Liaison
:
Make smooth flow of daily Scorecard system for each Results Liaison
:
Listen to sales calls and submit weekly Quality Assurance report to VP of Sales and CEO
:
Follow up on new team member onboarding checklist
:
Submit team Key Metrics daily for daily huddle
:
Send sales training resources to agents as requested by VP of Sales
:
organize travel arrangements for VP Of Sales
:
Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings for VP Of Sales
:
Submit Orders For San Diego Phone Team office supplies to LB Assistant
:
Resolve all customer issues, questions, or concerns if needed for support team
:
Various administrative duties or special projects as given by the VP Of Sales
:
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of weekly targeted interactions
:
Review, qualify, and filter through Results Liaisons job applications that funnel in from multiple for hire advertising channels.
:
Call and qualify prospective call Phone Team employees following our over the phone interview SOP. Send our next step email to those who do qualify.
:
Coordinate with the VP of sales and other team leaders a time for prospective employees to come in for their sit down interview
:
Coordinate with Executive Assistant to complete Results Liaison onboarding
:
Track sales of Tryout Results Liaisons
:
Apply edits to phone team scripts on demand


Results (Expected Accomplishments)
The goal of this position is to keep the LadyBoss Phone Team RLs calling without interruptions, keeping all call systems running smoothly at all times, and ensuring all Phone Team systems and processes are maintained.
