The Director will work with various HP Business Units, to develop a comprehensive monetization strategy and programs to support and complement HP's Business Units.



Responsibilities:

* Liaise with senior leadership to discern, craft, and help execute strategic initiatives involving intellectual property (patents, brand, copyright, etc) as an important component.
* Develop and advocate for licensing initiatives that constitute strategic engagements for HP business units.
* Manage all aspects of technology, brand and patent licensing program life cycles, from opportunity identification to closing value-added, critical licensing deals for HP.
* Gather information regarding corporate structures, industry alliances, and customer relationships of candidate licensees. Qualifications

"Must" Qualifications will include:

* 10 years' business development team leader experience and proven track record in pursuing and closing deals, including motions involving intellectual property.
* Experienced in closing complex IP monetization programs for fortune 500 companies and/or third party IP entities (NPEs).
* Experience in enterprise services and system management business development.
* An ability to communicate complex deal architectures and value propositions at all management levels.
* Effective communicator with solid team building skills who succeeds by working within and across functional groups.

Promptly notify management of any unresolved issues. Provides training to less experienced Processors. Performs necessary steps to ensure BSA/AML compliance to reduce risk to the credit union. Performs other relevant and related duties as required.
