Job Description
Position: Pre:Marketing Coordinator
Status and Location: Full time (40 hours/week) in our San Diego office (Mira Mesa)
Compensation: 15 : 17 hourly dependent upon experience. Full:time employees accrue up to 2 weeks of PTO per year.
Medical/dental/life benefits are offered after 60 days.
Position Hours: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST Monday to Friday (subject to change at managements discretion)

Position Summary:
24 Asset is seeking an individual to fill a Pre:Marketing Coordinator position in our San Diego office. The Pre:Marketing Department maintains and secures vacant properties in a pre: and post:foreclosure environment. The Pre:Marketing Coordinator is responsible for taking all steps necessary to get the property ready to be sold. This is an administrative position that will be performed in an office environment. Responsibilities include: client correspondence, property maintenance supervision, and account management.
Applicants must have strong computer and internet research skills; flexibility; excellent interpersonal skills; the capacity to prioritize and multitask; be deadline oriented; and work well with internal management and staff, clients and vendors. Candidates should possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a fast learner, have good communication skills and be good at problem solving. Training will be provided.
