I am offering you a full service Property Management Company with over 10 years of experience in residential rental properties at very affordable rates. For single family homes I charge a flat fee of $100 per month. For multi-unit complexes my maximum rate is 5% of the collected monthly rents. The rate will be less depending on how many rental units you wish for me to manage. I charge a one time leasing fee of $150 to find you a new tenant.
