A Pastry Cook 3 requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. A Pastry Cook 3 should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. A Pastry Cook 3 will assist with preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards, assist higher level bakers and perform other duties as assigned by Chef.

* Refined verbal communication skills.

* 3 years of previous experience preferred.

* Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

* Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

* Able to work single station in the kitchen.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to stand for long periods of time.

* Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.

* Flexible scheduled needed to work various shifts including, but not limited to, mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
