We are two females looking for a third female roommate. We are located in the Bay Park village, right next to Mission Bay just east of highway 5. Our building has a beauty salon in the front partition and our 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment is the back half of the building. Each of us have our own private entrance, private bedroom, and private bathroom. We share the living room and kitchen. We also have the free use of a washer and dryer on premises. You will have a parking spot in front of the salon (one for each of us). Rent is $625/month with $500 deposit and we do not pay utilities although we do pay $46/month each for cable and internet. :)
