$700, 2br, Seeking Roommate for 2 Bed/1BA Apt. 2 blocks from Beach, No Preference

I'm looking for one non-smoking, roommate to rent the other bedroom in my 800 square foot, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located 2 blocks from the beach in North Pacific Beach.

My apartment is located on the ground floor (no one above me) in a very small and well maintained complex. un-gated, with a nice front patio area in front of the complex.

The apartment is located on Opal Street very close to cafes, supermarket, restaurants, laundrymats, gym, etc. The apartment also contains a back door and a back entrance.

The living room is furnished, the available room can either be furnished or unfurnished if desired.

There are no parking spots for us, but parking here is not a problem.

I'm a 42 year-old Tennis Instructor ( I teach tennis at the L'Auberge Hotel in Del Mar and independently). I like to read/write/hangout at the cafes everyday, surf/swim, watch TV/DVDs, and currently working on improving my skills as a bass guitar player. I also have a very sweet and playful Bullmastiff named Munson.
I'm looking for a non-smoking roommate preferably who is out and about most of the time, clean with the common areas, easy to get along with, and pays the rent.

$700/month includes utilities: SDG&E, water, and cable TV and a $500 security deposit.
There is a $30 credit check fee (which I will reimburse you)by the property management office. Your actual credit history doesn't matter, they're only checking for any criminal and/or eviction history.
The room is available for move in now. Month to month lease. No pets allowed, sorry.
