Position Summary: 13;

:Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for various projects.
:Prospect for new tenants (by phone, direct mail or in person); conduct site tours and business meetings; and maintain a contact database to monitor leasing efforts.
:Develop and maintain broker relationships to secure tenants.
:Determine proper scope of work and work closely with Construction/Operations on the refurbishment of suites when they become vacant.
:Prepare written solicitation letters, proposal letters, lease document requests and maintain leasing status reports.
:Conduct on:going market research to gain knowledge of current market rents and occupancy rates.
:Interpret data provided by prospective tenants (financial documents, business plans, etc) and present a summary to support the proposed lease.
:Effectively negotiate Landlords position as it relates to various lease provisions.
:Establish and maintain prospective relations with tenants, brokers, community leaders and the general public.
:Work with other departments and disciplines of the company to achieve the divisions goals and objectives. 13;
Minimum Qualifications: 13;
:California Real Estate Sales License
:Bachelor degree required.
:Experience in Real Estate, preferably commercial leasing
:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
:Extensive network of contacts with brokers
:Basic knowledge of business, contracts, and commercial construction.
:Comfortable working in a professional, team oriented and deadline:driven environment. 13;
