Deep Tissue / Myofascial
"Deeply Moved." This one hour session is a slow, deep pressure fascia and muscle specific session. This can be very intense, but should not be painful. I use a combination of structural integration, myofascial release and deep tissue massage techniques, incorporating movement and postural edcation. In a session we seek more natural alignment in the joints, increased relaxation of connective tissue, a sense of emotional grounding and expanded balance throughout the body.

Floor to Table Bodywork
"Comprehensive Bodywork."  This is an hour and a half Stretching, Deep Tissue / Myofascial release floor to Table session. In this session we will start out on a floor mat or mattress with a delightful arrangement of stretches. I will use not only my hands, but also my elbows, knees and feet for a combination of Shiatsu, Thai, yoga, passive joint, rocking, contact and partner stretching techniques. Next we will move to the table for blissful therapeutic bodywork. I offer a combination of structural integration, deep tissue, Swedish, lomi lomi, soothing soft touch, and relaxation techniques. You may choose either the deep tissue / myofacial bodywork or a combination of the deep and light relaxation bodywork styles described above to finish your session.

Reiki / Relaxation Massage
"For Blissful Relaxation." This one hour session is a full Massage and Reiki healing. Relax on my massage table and receive an exquisite touch experience. The intention is physical, emotional and spiritual healing. This sedates the nervous system, assists the circulatory system, and allows you to take a break from the stress of daily life. Totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss. I will custom design the session for you.

Comprehensive Energy Healing
"An Energetic Banquet."  This 90 minute session will include a combination of healing techniques; guided meditation, Reiki, Quantum touch, chakras balancing, aura clearing, massage and bodywork. The intention is balancing your energy, releasing emotional and physical traumas as well as tension from your body. I will custom design the session for you.

My hours are:
10 am to 9 pm Monday - Thursday,
10 am to 5 pm Friday and Saturday.
