CSST is looking for an experienced Customer Support Application Engineer that will work closely with Keysights Field Sales team and customers. Customer Support Application Engineers deliver technical instrument and measurement automation expertise for a solution implementation based on Keysight products and services. Theyre focused on providing advanced level engineering support to Keysights customers and working with development, engineering and product management groups to deliver this. Being persuasive to create customer preference for Keysight products as well as developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects to this position.
This position has responsibilities for:
:Providing comprehensive technical support to Keysight customers via telephone, email and remote login to systems
:Conducting regular on:site visits to provide technical support, training and maintenance of Keysight systems
:Educating customer base on Keysight product capabilities beyond initial scope and purpose.
:Engaging in custom script writing and bespoke development projects using Keysight products.
:Assisting in debugging and troubleshooting for customer developed scripts.
:Building technical, credible relationships with key customer engineering personnel becoming a resident expert for key customers.
:Working closely with customers to understand their system and testing needs, creating demand for additional sales
:Developing and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
:Continuously learning new products, applications and technologies in areas of communication standards such as CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 802.11, Bluetooth standards, P5G and 5GNR. 13;
Job Qualifications 13;
:BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education with emphasis in wireless communication systems.
:Strong understanding of RF and wireless test and measurement applications.
:Strong knowledge in WLAN, Bluetooth, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, P5G, 5GNR technologies.
:Experience with programming languages including C/C++/C and Labview.
:Expertise in measurements instruments automation.
:Passion for continuous learning in wireless technology.
:Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
:Effective presentation and problem solving skills. 13;
