Minimum Qualifications:

* Appropriate Bachelor & Masters degree(s) in Business, Public Administration, History, Political Science, or related field.

* Understanding of the principles and practices of evaluation, including:

* Statistics, research methodologies and guidelines.

* Experience using evaluation models, including evaluation standards for performance and program evaluation.

* Experience using generally accepted government auditing standards.

* Approximately twelve (12) years experience in research and/or evaluation.

* Able to work independently, requiring little supervision to complete analysis; identifies and resolves problems, keeping supervisors appropriately informed.

* Previous staff management experience.

* Ability to manage priorities and workflow for yourself and others.

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Core Responsibilities:

* Leading, Managing and Holding People Accountable (LMA)

* Learn and begin applying growth process (participates in assigned RC, pipeline support, COPs, etc.)

* Supervise the engagement (job)/ Ensures QC (technical) standards

* Takes care of the clients (meets deadlines, timely communication)

* Develops engagement team (prepares staff to the next level)

Essential Functions:

* Ensure that jobs are completed to the highest standard, within the agreed internal budget for the job and to discuss all material points arising on the assignment with the manager / partner and client.

* Plan assignments in accordance with the firm's standard procedures and confirm arrangements with the client, including likely costs and billing arrangements.

* Take the hands on Supervisory role on assignments as and when required.

* Brief junior staff on the client's business and the preassignment instructions, to supervise and control the completion of work, and to undertake 'on the job' training

* And provide feedback where necessary.

* Perform the firm's review and completion procedures, to attend the final meeting with the client and to ensure that the client subsequently receives the final accounts, management letter and adjustment to opening balances on

* a timely basis.

* Liaise with the client throughout the year and to practice the principles of excellent client service at all times.

* Ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments, and that all potential client needs are identified and serviced accordingly.

* To develop a detailed knowledge of the firm's specialist services, actively look for opportunities to cross sell, and to undertake special work in response to client needs where appropriate.

* Closely monitor the system reports, to ensure the profitable recoverability of work in progress, and to bill clients on a timely basis.

* Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses, and to fulfil any development or training requirements.

* Support the training and development of the staff within the Advisory department.

Success Factors:

* Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

* Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

* Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
