It was back in 2002 that i “docked my boat” into the San Diego harbor….
I right away fell in love for the beautiful city and decided this was the place I wanted to be and realize my dreams.
Being a “ from the boat” Italian i find myself learning the American way of serving in the most prestigious restaurants in town like Ristorante Sante, La strada, Pasquale on Prospect and Bice.
It’s in those high end restaurants that I developed love and passion for food.
I have always been a “FOODIE” and I always wanted to deliver to my customers something REAL, something that I grew up with and something traditional Italian.
Waiting tables for all these years in San Diego made me want to open up my own restaurant but my budget never even came close to do so!
Waiting for my chance to express my culinary vision of the Italian food in U.S. I kept working in restaurants while trying to come up with a good idea.
Here is where the popularity of food trucks caught my attention and within a blink of an eye I told myself THIS IS IT!!
